I am on a diet, and had read somewhere that collagen, can help with loose skin. I choose this product purely on a random basis, I am glad I did, it is easy to swallow, I have had no side effects, upset stomach ect. The big plus is that it seems to be working I have less aches, my skin is not as loose, and my hair is smoother,. I would recommend this product, I am a convert, and will continue to use these capsules.

I am very pleased with this product. It is easy to take, with no taste at all. I do take it in conjuction with other products and they blend in very good. My joints feel stronger and the crackling has diminished considerably in 2 weeks of using the product. I recommend this product.

Am experimenting in taking this product for my joint problems, (less lines would be good, but are not that important) but much to my surprise after about a month or so of taking it, the nails that were squahed by my car boot falling on them, & have resisted, all attempts to get them to grow back, over the last 3 + years (I've never had strong nails anyway) I've suddenly found that to my utter shock, I am now the proud possessor of a complete set of strong nails, for the first time, in years!! I'm continuing to take this, as if this is the result of taking it, that I CAN see, then I'm optinmistic, that there are possibly good results, that I can't see, which might take longer to show results, so I will continue to take it & keep a close watch on what other results I might note. Having taken the powder form before, I thought it useful to see if the capsules work as well!

I have used the powder version before where I was adding it to my shake but couldn’t find one this time around but I am pleased with this version too !See a big change in my hair and nails. Also my joints stopped cracking so much and feel much less pain in my hips!! Recommend 100%

Order on line and had a very quick delivery , easy to swallow with no after taste . Just starting taking these for hair and skin nails etc as a lady of a certain age I just want to see of these help after watching a video on U tube for ladies over 50's . I let you know as it still early days :-) but happy with this service.

I was recommended multi collagen for my hip pain by a friend and within 3 days of taking my pain had gone and hasn’t come back since I am now on my 52nd day of taking and want to order more but out of stock only grip is they are large tablets and they give me a bit of heart burn when I take at night. I have also been suffering from indigestion for a few weeks not sure if because of these, guess won’t know unless stop taking which I don’t want to!

Been taking this for a few weeks and can feel that its helping with my aches and pains that Im getting at the moment. My nails have also become really strong - after a lifetime of weak and peeling nails, Im loving this!

great product, capsules are quite large but I found them easy enough to swallow. If you leave them in your mouth too long you start to taste them but I've only experienced a couple of times so don't let it put you off!
