Good. Was skeptical but after taking 4/5 weeks, definitely notice my nails, hair etc are stronger / healthier.

I began taking this for my skin and hair. I have recently been asked if i have had botox haha!. I reply no i just take collagen every day. Really is very good for mature skin and hair. On my second bottle.

I have been using these capsules for a long time and Ulthough we can never really tell how well they are working, I have noticed that when I disnt have them for a while my body was less able to build muscle, not bodybuilding muscle just skeletal muscle. My nails also got weaker. Hope this helps

I decided to order a collagen supplement for several reasons; I’ve recently lost 2.5 stone and wanted to prevent loose/saggy skin, I’m rapidly approaching 40, I weight train and I am trying to improve my hair health after wearing hair extensions for about 18 months. Due to this, I wanted a supplement that had several types of collagen for joints, muscles, skin and hair etc.The tablets are odourless and tasteless. I do find them a bit tricky to swallow, as they are on the large side.I haven’t noticed much difference in my skin. My nails have always been strong and have grown quickly, so no noticeable difference there.I have noticed a difference in my hair…. I have always had fine, flat hair (hence the hair extensions) and when I had them removed, I had a good six inches cut off the length. I was expecting thin and wispy hair but I was pleasantly surprised at how full and healthy my hair was. It could be a coincidence (and a good hair cut!) but my hair has grown a good inch and a half since I got it cut eight weeks ago and it’s healthy with nice blunt ends (so, no breakage or splitting), despite having blonde highlights and using heat on it most days (I also use a heat defence spray).The biggest difference I’ve noticed is my eyelashes! I’ve always had very straight, medium length lashes and I’ve really noticed, in the last three weeks or so, how long my lashes are and how much more curled they are!I’ve just ordered my second bottle. Really pleased with this product.
