I just added my first 2 scoops to my coffee with basically no change in taste. It dissolved instantly and didn’t really need to stir. I can’t confirm other claims but off to a good start and look forward to seeing and feeling results!

This contains 5 collagen types from 4 sources. Not all of them do. It easily dissolves and is tasteless, which means you not have to add unwanted calories for flavour etc to use it. On the downside, the container is totally the wrong shape. It is tall and tin, which means when the container is about a third full it is impossible to get your hand in to reach the powder at the bottom of the container.

As a supplement as I age - if the advertising is true it should be very helpful

I have ordered this collagen over and over again! I have seen improvements on joint pain as well as nail and hair growth! Mixes well with NO FISH SMELL! I have purchased other collagen and couldn’t bare the smell of fish. If you are debating on buying you won’t be disappointed!!! Definitely recommend!
